Aryane Vieira holds a degree in Law from Saint Judas University and a post-graduate degree in Real Estate Law from the FGV School of Law in São Paulo. A lawyer registered with the Brazilian Bar Association since 2013. Aryane worked as a partner of a renowned São Paulo law firm until 2017 when she relocated to the United States to advance her academic and professional career. Graduated as a Paralegal from Merritt College,  Aryane currently provides legal services for an American Bigtech.

Holding several academic awards and with articles published in different channels, such as Valor Econômico Journal, Aryane is Vasttus Consulting Firm's Founder and CEO.

Eliezer Fernandes is a Brazilian entrepreneur and business expert with almost 20 years of career in the corporate world, 12 of them working as a Business Consultant.

Eliezer specializes in Process Management, structuring, and restructuring companies, has a degree in Financial Administration, and is certified in Private Equity by FGV. He has worked in large corporations such as Coca-Cola, AGCO, Valtra / Valmet, and Alcan, and since 2011 he has served more than 50 companies from different segments. Cumulative annual revenue from the clients he has consulted exceeds $200 million.

In the United States since 2017, Eliezer has been Director of Operations at Vasttus Consulting Firm, based in Texas, and is part of the Consultants team at Smart Company, based in São Paulo, Brazil.
